Strategically direct, coordinate, and oversee the immaculate presentation and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every aspect embodies the brand’s uncompromising standards of luxury and excellence.
Uphold and enforce the highest levels of service and quality as defined in the company’s procedural manuals, meticulously attending to every detail to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
Ensure guest rooms consistently reflect superior standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort, aligning with the hotel’s refined aesthetic and luxury benchmarks.
Inspire and lead the team through Heartist trainings, cultivating creativity, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement, while fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce dedicated to the seamless operation of the hotel.
Advanced proficiency in hotel systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as online review management platforms, ensuring precise and efficient operational control.
Solid experience in team supervision and leadership, fostering excellence, motivation, and professional development among staff.
In-depth knowledge of quality audit programs and guest experience management, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of luxury service.
Strong competencies in effective communication, responsibility, innovation, change management, analytical thinking, and proactivity, with a focus on luxury service excellence, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in international environments.
