INSPIRED BY HISTORY

The authentic colonial-era design and ornate furnishings of La Veranda are a tribute to founder Madame Catherine’s storied family connection to Phú Quôc and Indochine.

Raised in Phnom Penh and on the picturesque waterways surrounding Tonlé Sap Lake, Madame Catherine spent decades travelling the world before returning to build a home for her retirement on the idyllic island of her ancestors.

Her childhood during the height of French rule inspired every detail in her designs for an authentic 1920s French colonial-style mansion – La Veranda’s charming main house.

La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – M Gallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is welcoming hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Room Attendant Interns.

In this role, you will be an essential part of ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and elegant stay. This is a valuable opportunity to experience professional housekeeping operations in a luxury beachfront resort environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.

2. Neatly arrange linens, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms.

3. Report any damage, malfunction, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

4. Replenish room supplies and check minibars as required.

5. Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and work areas clean and well-stocked.

6. Cooperate with Front Office and Engineering teams to handle special guest requests.

7. Record and handle lost & found items according to hotel procedures.

8. Strictly follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols.

• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and physically fit.

• Honest, hardworking, and committed to high cleanliness standards.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
