Job Description

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Raffles residential business.
  • Ensuring the appropriate processes and procedures are in place to address current and future needs of the business.
  • Facilitating the consistent application, implementation and improvement of people processes and initiatives to build productivity and performance.
  • Producing accurate and detailed submissions, reports, and other property documentation.
  • Fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation and service excellence within the Raffles Residential Business.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the residential market.
  • A solid understanding of project marketing.
  • An understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan.
  • Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
  • Be highly organised and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work across multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
