We're looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our team! Reporting to our Front Office Manager, you will be responsible to provide brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay in The Hoxton, Amsterdam.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

What you'll do...

• Manage new and existing individual rooms reservations through telephone, email, and website reservations.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
• Keep an eye on our booking channels.
• Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
• Work with corporate clients/bookers and agents.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
• Communicate with the Front Office Team or Restaurants Teams to facilitate the guests’ stay.
• Work closely with the Revenue Manager and sales team to ensure rooming list is correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.
