This fall, we are opening a premium hotel under the Swissôtel brand with 125 rooms and suites. The hotel will also feature the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our Swiss Café, and the “Pod Oblaky” Lifestyle Lounge rooftop terrace. In addition, the hotel will have three meeting rooms and a Boardroom. Another highlight of the hotel will be the Pürovel Spa & Sport, which combines Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně. This unique opportunity combines the international reputation of Swissôtel with the history of the spa town.


Job Description

RESERVATION AGENT (m/f)

Start Date: September 1, 2025 | Location: Marianske Lazne

Do you enjoy communication and working with people? Are you detail-oriented and love keeping things organized?

Become the voice of our hotel – you’ll be in daily contact with our guests via phone, email or online chat, helping them plan a personalized and unforgettable stay.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests before their arrival. You will assist them in selecting the ideal accommodation and additional services tailored to their individual needs.
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring all reservations are entered accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal standards. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our hotel operations and the satisfaction of our guests.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure a seamless reservation process – from the first inquiry to the guest’s arrival.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing data – preparing summaries, regular reports, and overseeing the accuracy of all reservation records. Your precision and eye for detail will help ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate has:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills – you enjoy speaking with people and know how to inspire confidence.
  • A strong focus on both guest satisfaction and business results.
  • Experience in administrative work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel software (ideally Opera Cloud).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
  • The ability to build long-term relationships with both guests and colleagues.
