We are looking for a Public Area Attendant with a passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service to clean and maintain guest areas according to high standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and a proactive approach to anticipate and respond promptly and courteously to guest needs. Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment and the ability to work well within diverse teams are valuable assets for this role.

• Organizes and maintains equipment for daily tasks, including personal equipment and chemicals.
• Aims to provide personalized service by observing and anticipating the needs of guests using general areas.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guest requests.
