Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth in one of India's most vibrant cities.

  • Manage all aspects of the outlet's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and motivated staff
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings that cater to local tastes and trends
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the Mumbai market

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury property or high-volume outlet
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a diverse work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage cost control, budgeting, and financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and Indian labor laws
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to create and implement new ideas to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and preferably Hindi
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of Mumbai's hospitality scene
  • Familiarity with local food and beverage trends in Mumbai and the ability to incorporate them into the outlet's offerings
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs in a diverse metropolitan setting
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results and continuous improvement in a competitive market
