The Pool Bar Server provides exceptional beverage and food service to guests enjoying the pool area. Pool Bar Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, delivering personalized service, and ensuring guests' needs are met. They take orders, prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, and light food service. Pool Bar Servers maintain a clean and organized work area, handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure efficient and timely service. They play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing friendly and attentive service, promoting the hotel's offerings, and creating a positive and memorable poolside experience for guests.

1. Education: A diploma in hospitality, food and beverage, or a related field.
2. Experience: Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, poolside bar, or upscale hospitality setting is preferred. Experience in luxury hotels or international chains is a valuable asset. 
3. Beverage Knowledge: Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, is essential.
4. Guest Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills are a must. Pool Bar Servers should be friendly, attentive, and able to provide personalized service to meet guest expectations. 
5. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written for interacting with guests and collaborating with the team. 
6. Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks, take orders promptly, and deliver beverages and food items in a timely manner. 
7. Attention to Detail: Pool Bar Servers must pay attention to detail to ensure accurate order-taking, proper preparation of beverages, and adherence to hotel standards. 
8. Health and Safety: Understand health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices to maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
