Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to drive results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or media roles
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles, with a focus on the latest trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with media management, influencer engagement, and press release writing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with influencer analysis and media monitoring platforms
  • Knowledge of the local market in Visakhapatnam and surrounding regions (preferred)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
