Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Laundry Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction while managing resources effectively.

  • Supervise daily laundry operations, including scheduling, quality control, and workflow optimization
  • Manage and train laundry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper use of laundry equipment and chemicals
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of supplies within budget constraints
  • Develop and implement environmentally friendly laundry practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in laundry management

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in laundry management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Strong operational knowledge of laundry equipment, processes, and chemical usage
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in laundry operations
  • Experience with implementing environmentally friendly laundry practices
  • Strong customer service orientation
