• Performs all supervisory functions for the Kids Club Staff according to company policies and procedures including, hiring qualified Kids Club Attendants, training, performance.
• Assist with performance appraisals and corrective.
• Attends all club staff meetings.
• Ensures that the Kids Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards at all times.
• Ensures that all toys and other objects are clean and ensures the safety of children in Kid s club area. Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Ensures that all Kid s club staff maintains current CPR certification for all ages.
• Trains all Kids Club attendants to perform duties according to company policy
• Project a positive friendly and caring attitude at all times while interacting with children and their parents
• Provide parents or guardians information of the child’s behaviour and any unusual occurrence or activity involving their child.

• List any licenses or certifications required by the position: CPR/AED, First Aid
• Relevant degree such as High School and College Degree in General Education, Education, Early Childhood Education, Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Teaching, Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Must have previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
