We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, providing valuable insights into HR processes and practices within a corporate setting.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding sessions
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Keen interest in learning about Human Resources and corporate operations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on projects
