Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee our housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities, including developing cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards in rooms and public areas
  • Train and manage housekeeping staff, including hiring, evaluating, and disciplining as needed
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree or certification preferred
  • Proficiency in computer systems for inventory management and reporting
