• To greet all guests as they arrive and depart the Hotel.
• Escort guests to rooms as required.
• Undertake the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property as well as responding to guest requests for assistance and or information.

• Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong customer service experience is crucial.
• Must have H endorsement driving license.
