The hotel offers 378 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

• Provide exceptional guest relations and information services, promoting the Pullman brand philosophy through exemplary attitude, behaviour, and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality services from arrival to departure, whilst contributing to the department's quantitative targets through sales efforts.
• Promote hotel services and offerings, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to meet diverse guest needs.

2 years experience at the same position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain, Speaks and write Mandarin language professionally, Diploma in hospitality, and also English speaking skills.

He / She should have outgoing personality, Open mindedness, sense of service initiative, interpersonal skills, and very good team work.
