Job Description

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced hospitality professional with exceptional guest focus to manage the team and operations of our exquisite Club Sofitel Lounge.

Lead the Club Sofitel Operations in providing exceptional Food and Beverage offerings to our most loyal and distinguished guests.

Blending Rooms knowledge with Food and Beverage services, this role requires you to mix both disciplines to ensure effective management of the department to ensure an unparalleled guest experience.

Establish standards, expectations and metrics to ensure the team and operation perform at the highest level to exceed the expectations of the guest.

Target profitability for the business whilst maintaining high standards

Create and maintain business reports reflecting operational movement

Ensure that strategies, policies, standard operating procedures and practices are formulated and ensure that effective conflict resolution enables meeting financial and service quality targets


Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a luxury environment is necessary.
  • A passion for interacting with people and a desire to go above and beyond to assist our guests.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Opera knowledge 
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as part of the job role
  • Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
