Starting Rate: $19.59 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.93.
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
- Greet, check in/out, settle accounts, and respond to all guest inquiries
- Handle and document guest requests or issues, ensure follow-up and resolution
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell room brands to drive revenue
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, safety, and perform other duties as assigned
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Flexible availability for shift work, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS)
- Previous front desk or customer service experience
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); second language an asset
- Strong administrative skills (e.g., accurate data entry, documentation, filing)
- Ability to manage booking systems and process guest check-ins/check-outs
- Familiarity with handling payments, billing, and guest account settlement
