- Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del área de recepción, lobby y atención al huésped.
- Asegurar que cada huésped reciba una atención cálida, personalizada y de lujo, de acuerdo con los estándares de Sofitel.
- Resolver de manera proactiva cualquier queja o solicitud de los huéspedes, garantizando soluciones efectivas y una experiencia memorable.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos (Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge, etc.) para coordinar servicios especiales y atender requerimientos específicos
- Nuestro Supervisor de Front Desk deberá ser profesional o tecnólogo en Hotelería, Turismo, Administración o carreras afines con al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares en hoteles de lujo o de cadena internacional.
- Adicionalmente, deberá contar con manejo de sistemas PMS, procedimientos de Front Office, facturación y atención al cliente VIP. Así como aptitudes de liderazgo, orientación al servicio, resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, comunicación asertiva, pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle.
