We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor experiences warm, professional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, empathy, and excellence in hospitality.
- Create, modify, and manage guest reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle group booking inquiries and coordinate group check-ins and check-outs
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures following established protocols while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, amenities, pricing, dining options, and current promotions
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns with empathy and decisiveness
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
- Perform night shift rotations as needed to ensure continuous front desk coverage
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in at least one additional language (Arabic, French, or German preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and people skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Proven ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic when handling challenging situations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and rotating schedules
- Team player mentality with collaborative spirit and supportive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality, front office, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel operations (preferred)

Hotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success. Built on a total area of 16,000 sqm, Nile City Towers boasts a 170 meter Nile façade and its two towers are an anchor to an exclusive shopping center, upscale housing, a five-star hotel, 8-screen cinema and 4 floors of underground parking.
The spectacular reception leads the way to 543 elegantly designed rooms, suites restaurants, bars and a health club the 25th floor with a comprehensive range of fitness facilities including a signature Willow Stream Spa as well as a sky-high swimming pool.
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
