About you:

A ‘hands on’ and guest-obsessed leader, who will inspire our team of F&B professionals to exceed guest expectations through exceptional food and beverage service. Your determination and enthusiasm will successfully drive our F&B venues.

What you will be doing:

Coordinate and manage the day-to-day restaurant, room service, bar service and conferencing operations in the hotel while maximizing profitability and meeting customer’s needs.

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
• Be flexible and willing to work mornings and evenings across the 7 days to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.

Our Hotel

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.

The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests can enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space and a number of food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.

This is a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
