• Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to Guests.
• Set up banquet rooms according to function requirements, ensuring attention to detail in table settings, linens, glassware, and equipment.
• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of all banquet menus, buffet setups, and bar service options.
• Monitor and respond to Guest needs during events, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Participate in pre-event briefings to understand the event schedule and expectations.
• Work closely with the Banquet Manager, kitchen team, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure all linens are counted and handled properly at the end of shifts.
• Maintain and organize banquet equipment, reporting any damage or shortages to the Banquet Manager.
• Handle Guest feedback and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to the Banquet Manager when necessary.
• Attend pre-shift, weekly, and monthly meetings to enhance service standards and continuously improve the Guest experience.

• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
