Join us in delivering exceptional experiences as we relaunch our Resort in 2025, following extensive enhancements, to redefine luxury hospitality in Australia. Role to commence from October 2025.
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure every guest experience is seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.
You will
Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring room cleaning consistently meets the standard set by the General Manager.
Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures.
Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across Guest rooms, Public area, Back-of-house spaces
Lead with attention to detail, empathy, and a passion for people, providing regular feedback on performance and standards.
Foster a warm and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Focus on Room productivity, Quality assurance, Special housekeeping projects
Mentor and support team members in their career growth.
Uphold and deliver the brand’s signature experience – the French Way – characterized by elegance, care, and personalized service.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera.
Motivated, resilient & solutions focused leader, who thrives in a diverse and inclusive workplace
A “find the yes” mindset and a passion for guest satisfaction
Proven experience training and developing high-performing teams
Experience in setting and maintaining operational procedures and standards
Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a leader in a similar position, in addition to impeccable customer service skills.
