- Manage and supervise all tasks of the staff to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered and departmental standards are consistently met.
- Communicate regularly with the Front Office Manager on all matters related to guest services and hotel operations.
- Maintain a management presence at all times by assisting with guest needs and handling complaints tactfully and efficiently.
- Required to make objective decisions and handle complaints or emergencies in a calm, professional, and level-headed manner.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
