Job Description

Become part of a prestigious hotel chain and participate in building an exceptional experience for our guests.

We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in sales and marketing who will oversee and manage the successful opening of the Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort from a sales and marketing perspective.  We open in September.
Newly built 5-star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites, lobby bar, restaurant, Swiss café and rooftop bar. Purovel Spa & Sport will be the heart of the operation.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and leadership: Establish annual business and marketing plans; manage, monitor and ensure effective execution of daily sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance and market analysis: Prepare regular performance reports; perform market and competition analysis to optimize strategies.
  • Industry Networking & Account Management: Build relationships with industry leaders; manage key customers and niche markets with tailored strategies as well as e-commerce
  • Sales initiatives and guest offers: Support targeted sales efforts; design and promote packages and services to suit guest preferences.
  • Negotiating contracts and representing the hotel: Represent the hotel at events to raise brand awareness; manage all RFPs
  • Digital Marketing and Team Management: develop and supervise digital marketing strategies; train and mentor the sales and marketing team.

 


Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 5+ years in hotel Sales & Marketing. Premium/luxury resort experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Fluent in English and German; Another language a plus; Strong business awareness, presentation, communication, leadership, management and analytical skills.
  • Education: University degree.
  • Expertise: Destination sales & marketing, social media, and revenue management.
  • Attributes: Guest and quality-oriented, dedicated, professional, with strong influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Permit: Work permit in the Czech Republic.
