What you will be doing:
- Engaged in cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties.
- Food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner for A la Carte, room service, functions and buffet service.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
- Supervises and trains other Commi Chefs, Cooks and kitchen employees
- Having completed and apprenticeship and/or achieved trade recognition
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Proven ability to lead small teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively manage time constrains
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
