• Ensures timely and seamless service when dealing with guest requests, providing proactive, knowledgeable, engaged service to all Guests.
• Handles transportation accounts and billings and ensures all Concierge equipment is accounted for and is in good working condition.
• Recommends hotel services, facilities and products such as hotel loyalty program and other marketing programs.

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and knowledge of the local area such as attractions, landmarks and events.
• Strong working knowledge of Opera and MS Office Applications.
• In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
