Job Description

 

  • Multiple hotel responsibility for Revenue strategy.
  • Communication with hotel teams (GM, Reservations, DOS)
  • Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences.
  • Responsible for Revenue performance and reporting.
  • Support the GM in the creation of strategy.
  • Provide monthly forecasts for the hotels they are responsible for.
  • Apply RM  Initiatives: Overbook, length of stay
  • Act as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget
  • Responsible to host weekly Revmax meetings.
  • Communicate the processes to follow in terms of quality and data
  • Support sales and reservations teams where applicable.
  • Give availability and minimum rate for the group quotation.
  • Analyze contract and public performance
  • To support and monitor reservations department
  • Educate stakeholders

Qualifications

  • •Bachelor Degree in hotel management/Finance/Economics.
  • •Minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.

Additional Information

  • •Strong user knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.
  • Knowledge of TARS/EzRMS/Opera PMS would be an added advantage
