Job Description

Novotel Bur Dubai & Ibis Styles Sharjah looking for dynamic Cluster Chief Accountant

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts, providing actionable insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
  •  Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with strategic goals.
  •  Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure efficient financial resource allocation and maintain operational liquidity.
  •  Provide financial leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance business performance and drive strategic growth.
  •  Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  •  Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture, enabling them to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
