- Collaborating closely with our Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver seamless food production across all services
- Leading your section with confidence, ensuring every dish is executed to recipe and delivered to our high culinary standards
- Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene protocols in all food storage, preparation, and handling processes
- Keeping on top of daily inventory needs, coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure ingredients are always fresh and available
- Using classic cooking methods and top-quality local ingredients to create bold, hearty dishes that celebrate our unique surroundings
- Supporting kitchen efficiency by managing prep time, reducing food wastage, and helping maintain cost-effective operations
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume hotel kitchen (5-star experience is a plus!)
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Flexible and reliable – ready to work shifts, weekends, and support a busy service team
- A team-first attitude with a strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing culinary team
- Committed to quality, detail, and presentation in every plate you prepare
