• Oversee the daily management of kitchen operations

• Maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation

• Lead, guide, and train the kitchen team

• Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning

• Monitor food costs and take measures to minimize waste

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations

• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment

• Evaluate guest feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

• Utilize kitchen skills and culinary techniques effectively

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities

• Minimum 3, maximum 5 years of experience in a Chef de Partie position

• Skilled in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes

• Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards

• Strong team player with well-developed leadership skills

• Capable of creating innovative and creative recipes

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

• Flexible and adaptable to on-site working mode

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
