As our next Chef de Partie, you will
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel and brand standards.
Ensure meals are delivered on time, including à la carte, group and conference lunches.
Organise workflow to meet service demands, special events and fluctuating guest numbers.
Supervise and support commis chefs and apprentices, maintaining a positive team environment.
Minimise food waste, assist with stock control and support departmental targets.
Maintain strict hygiene, HACCP, safety and environmental standards at all times.
