• Develop and maintain an innovative menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as a selection of premium spirits and beverages
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in drink preparation, presentation, and service
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their preferences and tastes
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area and beverage storage
• Promote sales by offering informed suggestions and engaging customers with the history and origin of drinks and ingredients
• Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory, report any equipment issues, and contribute to a positive work environment
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, turning moments into lasting memories
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations while preparing and serving drinks

• Minimum of one year experience as a bartender in a high-end hospitality setting
• Advanced level of English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and current beverage trends
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting
• Relevant training or certification in bartending or hospitality (preferred)
• Knowledge of local and international drinks, ingredients, and their origins
• Responsible, proactive, and positive attitude
