Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards.

• Greet guests warmly and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment with precision and care.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas.

• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Uphold the brand image by delivering exceptional service aligned with luxury hospitality values.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, café, or fine dining environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
