Company Description

Established in 2000 in Turkey, Rixos pioneers the ‘ALL Inclusive, ALL Exclusive’ concept, inviting guests to discover a world of possibilities, with luxurious stays, inclusive of culinary delights from around the globe, live entertainment, daily sports, and fitness activities, sensorial spa and wellness journeys and fun-filled kids and teens activities. 

Billed as ‘the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah’, Rixos Obhur Jeddah will meet the increasing demand for luxurious hospitality paired with high-quality leisure activities in the area. The resort will host guests in 247 residential units, including 174 rooms and 73 villas, as well as a fine-dining restaurant, two specialty beach restaurants and a lounge bar. Among its many highlights will be an exclusive private beach. Other amenities are to include a central ballroom for events, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, kids and teens clubs, and several swimming pools. All of this will be set amid green landscaping, golden beaches and a port.


Job Description

 

  • Manage and lead a team of AV technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and oversee AV system installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement AV standards, policies, and procedures to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand AV requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of AV systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor AV equipment inventory, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for AV services and products.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance the overall AV experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in audiovisual technology management, with a proven track record of successfully leading AV projects and teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and Live entertainment programs , including but not limited to video conferencing equipment, digital signage, sound systems, and control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.).
