Job Description

  • Making sure all risk assessment is up to date and digitalised per hotel and department
  • Organise all compliance visit and maintenance repair during the week/ month/year. Accordingly, to Accor policy
  • Make sure all compliance is up to date and follow up if needed in order to pass with great results all annual audits such Technical audit/ Health and safety and food safety
  • Perform monthly checks in both kitchens to make sure everything is following HACCP standard and Accor policy
  • Assisting maintenance with monthly rota/ payroll submission and provisions
  • Assisting maintenance with all maintenance provisions
  • Request quotation and processing payment using our maintenance tracking sheets and Tradeshift. Organise urgent payments
  • Helping maintenance team with the planning of the day to day tasks
  • Making sure all monthly checks are done and recorded such ( fire doors check- fire extinguishers- legionella check- waste management online portal-monthly readings- means of escape-ladders check)
  • Making sure all weekly checks are done and recorded such ( fire alarm test- lift alarm- panic button and sky guards- weekly flushes in all unused outlet-gym check and defibrillator check)
  • Monthly fire cards training and making sure evac chair and DM training is organised too
  • Follow up on team trainings
  • Conduct and follow up health and safety meetings
  • Organise extra disposal not included in Veolia such Electrical waste and hazardous waste
  • Helping maintenance with simple daily task not involving electrical jobs
  • Perform daily pool test and monitor chemicals in the pool
  • Placing order for the maintenance department and also other departments
  • Making sure all incidents are records in PRIME for both hotel and follow up if needed
