Job Description

To provide high-quality administrative, coordination and operational support to the VP of Talent & Culture Asia, working and taking direction remotely. The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, calendar management, booking flights, submitting expenses, reporting preparation and project administration for regional people initiatives. The Administrative Assistant will be a critical enabler of time, focus, and strategic execution for the VP of Talent & Culture Asia and team.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2 years experience in admin role
  • AI knowledge (prompts and apps)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Field Specialization in Human Resources
  • Canva or other basic design tools
  • SAP Concur or similar expense/invoice systems
