Job Description

  • Determining and implementing Talent & Culture strategies and targets,
  • Managing all Talnet & Culture processes within the hotel,
  • Coordinating T&C activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations,
  • Developing strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement,
  • Implementing and monitoring occupational health and safety policies,
  • Organizing employee training and development programs,
  • Preparing T&C reports and presenting them to upper management,
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry,
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources management and processes,
  • Strong communication, and problem-solving skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • English proficiency,
  • Team-oriented, solution-focused, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Graduated from the relevant department of the university
