Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and attracting top talent.

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Manage and update the company's applicant tracking system and other HR databases
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support for performance management processes and career development initiatives
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance across all HR functions

Qualifications

 

 

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR regulations in Iraq
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
