Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent & Culture and Payroll professional to join our team in the beautiful coastal town of Syvota, Greece. This role combines the exciting challenges of nurturing our company culture and managing our payroll operations. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives and programs
  • Manage the full-cycle payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and regulations in all HR and payroll activities
  • Coordinate with finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries
  • Conduct new employee orientations and oversee the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR information systems
  • Provide support for performance management processes and career development initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and payroll management
  • Proficiency in HR management software and payroll processing systems
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws, regulations, and payroll tax requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
