Server - Cabana

Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Server - Cabana

Our Cabana Server is responsible for providing luxury service to our guests at our Cabana Outlet throughout the busy summer season, bringing your personality, service skills, and experience table-side.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, beginning in Summer 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

Job Duties Include:

• Provide timely, personalized, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests.
• Serve, refresh, and clear in a timely manner, while adhering to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Ensure stations are properly stocked
• Takes proper measures to ensure guests bills are presented and posted in a timely manner
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage menus, upselling guests and delivering seamless service
• Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and support staff, to ensure excellence in service standards

• Serving It Right Certificate
• 2 years’ luxury food & beverage serving experience
• Experience with Point of Sales systems
