Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its occupants. You will be required to patrol the premises, monitor CCTV cameras, perform access control duties, and respond to any security-related incidents.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform security checks on all incoming and outgoing persons and vehicles
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incident
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of the occupants
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities
• Perform access control duties, including checking identification and issuing passes to authorized personnel
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Attend fire and safety trainings/courses as and when necessary.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Security Manager.

Must have completed the Basic Security Course (BSC)

• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to perform security duties, including standing for long periods, patrolling and responding to emergencies
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations.
• Candidates with added experience and certifications may be considered for senior role.
