Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Manager of VIP Groups and Romance to join our team in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts for high-end group travel and romantic getaways, including destination weddings and honeymoons.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract VIP groups and romance travel clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel agencies, wedding planners, and corporate event organizers
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for group bookings and special events
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for VIP and romance markets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for all VIP and romance clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in luxury or high-end sales
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the VIP and luxury travel market
  • Understanding of romance travel trends and destination wedding planning
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
