Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales efforts, developing strategies to increase revenue, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
