Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting sales targets.

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and identify new sales opportunities

 


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Customer-focused approach with a calm and courteous demeanor
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel within the region as needed
