Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks including preparation of contracts, proposals, presentations, and reports.

  • Handle incoming inquiries, route them to the appropriate Sales Manager, and follow up where needed.

  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management system (CRM) accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and sales appointments.

  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.

  • Manage and maintain a filing system for all sales documents and correspondence.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as e-mail campaigns, collateral preparation, and social media coordination.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports as required.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and support positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Ensure all tasks and communications align with the brand standards and values.


Qualifications

  • Able to communicate fluently in both Thai and English Language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or sales administration is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.

  • Customer-focused with a service-minded approach.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
