Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Royal Service Operator is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls for our external and internal guests, while maintaining attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High School graduate
• Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
• Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral
• Capacity to multi task, prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the related field preferred
• Hospitality experience preferred
