• Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor/ Báo cáo thiệt hại hoặc sự cố trong phòng / khu vực của khách sạn cho Người giám sát

• Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness/ Duy trì thiết bị ở trạng thái sạch sẽ

• Maintain a section room report as well as a daily productivity report/ Duy trì báo cáo phòng cũng như báo cáo năng suất hàng ngày

• Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately/ Báo cáo “đồ thất lạc và tìm thấy” đến văn phòng Buồng ngay khi tìm thấy

• Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor in a timely manner/ Xử lý khiếu nại của khách một cách khéo léo và báo cáo sự cố hoặc bất kỳ sự bất thường nào khác cho Người giám sát kịp thời

• Report unusual behavior/activities in guestroom, floors/ public areas to Supervisor/ Báo cáo hành vi / hoạt động bất thường trong phòng khách, sàn / khu vực công cộng cho Người giám sát

• Record room status in allocated section accurately/ Ghi lại tình trạng phòng trong phần được phân bổ chính xác

• Carry out valet services when required (e.g. delivery of linen, processing laundry orders)/ Thực hiện các việc khác khi được yêu cầu (ví dụ: giao vải lanh, xử lý đồ giặt khác )
• Handle Mini Bar check for in house guest. When guest consumes, write on Minibar voucher and relay to Housekeeping Coordinator the items for refill. Minibar Attendant to replenish/ Kiểm tra đồ Mini Bar trong phòng khách ở. Nếu khách sử dụng, ghi vào hoá đơn và báo cho nhân viên điều phối buồng phòng để đặt thêm cho khách sử dụng.

• Secondary school education
