Job Description

  • Answers phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room availability and rates, processes room bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications, and ensures that records are accurately encoded in the property management system.
  • Maintains an efficient filing system of all guest correspondence and relevant documents, contracts, and assists with required daily reports.
  • Implements revenue management selling strategies such as upselling, recommendation of hotel facilities, and restrictions for each property, and ensures accuracy for all bookings of arrivals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in reservations is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, service-oriented, and a keen sense of detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications and Opera property management software.
