Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick  Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and other communication channels​

• Process room bookings accurately in the reservation system in accordance with hotel policies​

• Provide guests with detailed information regarding room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities​

• Verify reservation details, payment methods, and special requests to ensure accuracy​

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel​

• Professional appearance and positive service attitude​

• Strong communication and customer service skills​

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
