• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour, aiding with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas, including clearing debris and arranging seating.
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers.

What you will bring to the role:

• Passion and pride for the brand, and for luxury hospitality service
• Able to connect with guests and provide a personalised hospitality service 
• General knowledge and understanding of hotel front office and concierge procedures is highly regarded 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to engage in manual handling following safe lifting procedures for luggage and bags 
• Hold a valid full Australian driver’s license.
